In the event of equipment failure (motor and its components, remote control and monitoring software board) due to manufacturer's defects, you may choose the operator's logo, follow the link to the manufacturer's website and contact them for replacement or compensation for the defective part. We will conduct the appropriate diagnostics within the framework of our warranty free of charge and provide the necessary expert assessment for presentation to the manufacturer.
